Tobias is a general of the Union Workers' army. He came to offer assistance to the army of the Magicracy of Alent against the Crimson Coalition during the Battle of the Rivers and kept inspiring Alent's Western Army after the death of Takeru Tanaka. Tobias was eventually forced to flee with his surviving forces when a surprise attack from a water elemental swept away many of his men along with several Alentians.
