Time-manipulated metal is a flat piece of metal which its physical properties have been altered magically. There was never a use for them until toward the end of the Distreyd Era an enigneer discovered that when converged with an magic-magnetic gem, two people who are physically not within talking distance can communicate over small distances such as towns or small cities.
