The Locken Loyalists were supporters of the Locken monarchy, the last of which was Queen Shyla Locken, in Libaterra during the Libaterran Civil War. They ruled from the city of Lutherin and fought fiercely against the Rebels, who they eventually lost to in 1000 AE.
