Locke Cole was a knight of Eblana during the Chaos War. He pined for the king's young sister, Princess Usa, but soon was lost after the final battle in the war. Wandering, injured, he was possessed by Mardük who made him do horrible deeds. The possessed Locke later showed up in Nefarious, forming an alliance with its demonic ruler Yurius. When things went south, Yurius destroyed Mardük's mortal shell. In this way, Locke exited the annals of history.
