Illunia Thracia was the Queen of Celenia, and a member of the House of Thracia in the Third Age. She was the only child of King Celen Thracia and Queen Odiane Thracia and the first elven royal to be born on Libaterran soil. The Celenian capital of Illunii was named after her. Illunia's reign was prosperous but short as she succumbed to a mysterious illness relatively young, leaving behind her husband, Prince Blehen Thracia, and a son, Urvon Thracia, who would succeed her to the throne. Illunia would be remembered as a strict queen who solidified the caste system which her father Celen had created, which divided pureblood nobles from the servants with a tainted bloodline. All later Celenian monarchs would take note of her accomplishments to continue the tradition.
