Florian Gagnon is an operative of the Order of the Black Rose. He's currently stationed at Etheril to act as Major Vladimir Putin's bodyguard and advisor.
Biography
Early Years
Florian has been an operative of the Order of the Black Rose since his youth, often acting in the role of an advisor who can also double as a deadly assassin when needed.

When the Proninist major Vladimir Putin became the Commissar of Etheril after the city's takeover in the Second Great War, Florian was sent to the city to act as the Order's liaison in the Crimson Coalition's campaign. He worked as an advisor and a bodyguard to the Commissar.
When a Fraquid envoy named Mabale Andalu came to the city to speak with Putin, he met with Florian who guided him to the Commissar although Florian couldn't help but mention that he was already aware of other Fraquid having accompanied Mabalu to the city. Florian then observed the conversation between the elf and the Commissar for a while but then left on Putin's suggestion so the two could speak more freely. However, he had his ways of eavesdropping on the conversation and could act in case the Commissar's life was in danger.
The meeting between the Fraquid envoy and Putin ended peacefully enough, and the Fraquid joined the Coalition. Florian remained in Etheril to keep an eye on Putin as well as protect him while the Fraquid marched south to aid the Coalition in the Battle of Alent.

Has long, blond hair and a long scar above his left eye. Clad in white garments.
Personality and Traits
Quiet, observant but not without a witty tongue. He can and will question people when he feels like it although he often prefers staying on the sidelines where he can keep a better watch over people.

He's a master of using daggers, kukris, wires and other tools which assassins and rogues use.
Relationships
Vladimir Putin
Florian acts as Putin's bodyguard and advisor. Although the two men get along, Putin views Florian with some suspicion whereas Florian sees Putin as one of the gullible Proninist officers who can do just as much harm as they can do good.
