Deathwatcher

Deathwatcher is a title given to powerful undead lords who can command lesser undead. The first known Deathwatcher is Arbriel Conrad, leader of the Wretched, who rose to prominence after the outbreak of the Plague of Undeath in Remon in late Third Age.
