Bertram Darasson, otherwise known as Eragon, is the only paladin of Petyr Jackson's that originally comes from Ridgefort. He was second youngest until Osmond Cordae Locke came around. It's generally accepted that he's the most magically talented of the group. He has a crush on a girl at home. He has a 'big brother, little brother' relationship with Drake Brissom, with his being the annoying little brother, while Drake is the exasperated older brother, though neither are actually related.
